Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy At B Wise Tutoring, session spaces are limited and often in high demand. To ensure fairness to all families and to allow spaces to be offered to children on the waiting list, the following cancellation policy applies. Session Cancellations • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required if you need to cancel a session. • Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged in full. • Missed sessions or non-attendance without prior notice will also be charged in full. • If sufficient notice is given, I will do my best to offer an alternative session, subject to availability. Rearranged sessions cannot be guaranteed. Waiting List B Wise Tutoring operates a waiting list for many sessions. If a session is cancelled with short notice, I will attempt to offer the space to another child on the waiting list. If I am able to fill the cancelled session, the session will not be charged. Illness or Absence If your child is unwell and unable to attend, please notify me as soon as possible. Unfortunately, sessions missed due to illness or other absences are still chargeable, unless the space can be filled by another child. Tutor Cancellations If I need to cancel a session for any reason, the session will either be rearranged or credited.
